These terms govern the website only; your use of any Mason & Muse app is governed by that app's own license agreement and privacy policy, available from its App Store listing.

All content on this website - text, graphics, logos, and the "Mason & Muse" name and marks - is owned by Mason & Muse, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

The website and its content are provided "as is," for general information, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. My handling of information is described in the privacy policy. This site runs no analytics or tracking; it is hosted on GitHub Pages, whose handling of standard server logs is governed by GitHub's privacy statement.
